The home owner is trying to cover some of his cost since it could be vaacnt for some time. It has always be possible to rent while it is for sale but renters were hard to come by and did not always keep the place clean enough for buyers. So it was not done that often. If you do not mind a lot of buyers (or not so many buyers) running through your house I would make a low offer and see if he will go for it. In today\'s market you could be there awhile before it sells.

Review by Critical Mass for Rating: A handy way to clean these type of feeders is to put some grnias of rice into the bottle and shake them around. The abrasiveness of the rice cleans the glass and it is non-toxic. Birds ca be very sensitive to chemicals, so this is a safe way to clean the bottles.
